Sales Representative – Cambodia

About the role

Box Monster is expanding its market in Cambodia and seeks a proactive Sales Representative to promote its reusable container platform. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, helping them adopt sustainable logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Actively promote and introduce the company’s services to new and existing customers.
• Pitch and persuade clients to adopt the reusable container platform.
• Monitor ongoing operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee seamless execution of tasks and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports tracking client progress and sales metrics.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the logistics industry.
• Experience with reusable empty containers is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of standard import‑export processes and procedures.
• Professional proficiency in English or Mandarin.
• College degree or higher.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Cambodian nationality is strongly preferred.

• Salary ranging from $700 to $1,000 per month, based on experience.
