Branch Manager – Fitness Gym

About the role

We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Sen Sok location of REPEAT Gym, a coaching‑focused fitness centre in Phnom Penh. The role combines team leadership, sales management and operational oversight to ensure the branch runs like its own business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the branch team, including coaches, front‑desk staff and cleaners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for new clients, installments and renewals.
• Drive member retention through attendance tracking, follow‑ups and renewals.
• Maintain the three pillars daily: Coach Quality, Great Service and Great Hygiene.
• Enforce pricing policy and cash control, avoiding out‑of‑policy discounts.
• Handle member feedback and complaints promptly.
• Schedule, train and review staff performance.
• Control branch costs and report weekly/monthly KPIs to the General Manager.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing a team in fitness, hospitality, retail or service.
• Proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Comfortable working with numbers and KPI reports.
• Fluent in Khmer and good English.
• High integrity and ability to follow rules.
• Calm under pressure and strong people skills.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.
• Fitness background is a plus, not required.
