About the role
The Assistant Manager, Sales Merchandiser will support daily sales operations in Phnom Penh, ensuring product displays and stock levels meet Hyundai brand standards. This full‑time, on‑site position collaborates closely with the sales team to optimise showroom layout and promotional activities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate product displays, manage inventory and aging, and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Prepare sales forecasts, purchase requirements, and monthly commercial performance reports.
- Plan and execute promotions, new product launches, and B2B/consignment commercial activities.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams for pricing, margin proposals, and escalation handling.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, merchandising or commercial roles.
- Business‑level English; basic Korean is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field (preferred).
- Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh and adapt to a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
