Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will join Point hub POS in Phnom Penh to drive new business and expand the customer base for our smartphone‑based point‑of‑sale platform. You will work on‑site, meeting merchants across retail, hospitality, fitness and other sectors, showcasing how our solution simplifies operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture prospective clients through lead generation and prospecting activities.
• Deliver product demonstrations and explain how Point hub POS meets specific business needs.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close sales while achieving monthly targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing onboarding support and after‑sales assistance.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer pain points.
• Update and manage information in the CRM system on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and gather product feedback.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience, including lead generation, prospecting and closing deals.
• Strong customer‑relationship management skills, with experience in onboarding and account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, SaaS solutions or technology products for retail, hospitality or fitness is an advantage.
• Ability to conduct market research, adapt sales pitches and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Organised, self‑motivated and comfortable working on‑site in Phnom Penh, with occasional client visits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred; relevant sales experience may substitute.
