Key Account Sales Manager

About the role

Identify potential clients, develop effective targeting strategies and generate leads to create sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Lead and support the sales team to achieve targets and drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients with tailored strategies.
• Generate leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with key customers.
• Lead, coach and train the sales team to meet performance goals.
• Define pricing strategies to stay competitive and maximize profit.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market feedback.
• Identify training needs and ensure the team has required skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and project management, preferably in the steel or construction industry.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Chinese language ability is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities, with capacity to manage multiple projects.
