Sales Supervisor – Lead Team & Drive Growth

About the role

The Sales Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Phnom Penh. You will oversee daily sales operations, manage and coach the sales team, and set and monitor sales targets to ensure effective coverage of assigned territories and customer segments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach the sales team, setting performance targets and monitoring results.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, understand client needs, resolve issues, and ensure service quality.
• Prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and forecast sales trends.
• Coordinate training programs for team members and implement sales strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, collaborating with other departments on promotions, pricing, and service initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills for sales reporting, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Effective team management and training abilities to lead and develop sales staff.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior sales role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Experience using sales management tools.
• Competence in basic office software.
