About the role

The Rural Development and Agriculture Bank is seeking two senior sales professionals to develop and execute annual sales strategies for its products and services, ensuring achievement of KPIs and targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement yearly sales strategic plans aligned with bank objectives.
• Drive effective sales execution to meet defined KPIs and targets.
• Promote products and services directly to potential customers through telesales, events, workshops, and campaigns.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and new customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyse weekly and monthly sales performance, reporting to the Service Management Office head.
• Collect market intelligence on customer needs, competition, and emerging opportunities for new products.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Business Management or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in banking or micro‑finance sales, marketing, or customer relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of bank products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, fast‑paced work style with a wide network of potential clients.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
