Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor at Cambrew Ltd is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for driving sales performance across an assigned territory in Preah Sihanouk, Cambodia. You will lead a sales team, ensure implementation of sales plans, and work closely with distributors, retailers and key customers to meet volume and distribution targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the sales team, monitor performance and conduct regular market visits.
• Organise and lead training sessions for sales staff.
• Review sales data and reports, propose actions to improve market coverage and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to support promotions and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key customers.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and monitor market trends.
• Proven team‑management and training abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Relevant experience in sales supervision, FMCG or beverage industry sales.
• Ability to work on‑site in Preah Sihanouk and travel within the territory.
