Manager, Deposit Business

About the role

Drive and strengthen regional sales performance by executing business growth initiatives, developing new opportunities, and providing hands‑on coaching and support to branches and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of deposits, CASA, FD, payroll, merchants, KHQR and cross‑selling activities.
• Monitor branch and individual sales targets, identify under‑performance and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure effective rollout and adoption of new products/services through the branch channel.
• Identify new markets, referrals and customer opportunities across corporate, SME, payroll, HNI and merchant segments.
• Conduct joint customer visits and support branches in closing key opportunities.
• Provide hands‑on sales coaching to improve productivity, capability and non‑credit sales performance across assigned regions.
• Coordinate with RH, branches and relevant stakeholders on sales initiatives and assigned projects.

Required profile

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Banking or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in branch operation or product management.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, customer service and result‑oriented personality.
• Leadership, people management and team‑building skills.
• High initiative, good communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Computer literacy and English language proficiency.
