Cosmetic Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Cosmetic Sales Supervisor will lead the sales operations for cosmetic products in Phnom Penh. This full‑time, on‑site position involves managing a sales team, setting targets, and ensuring revenue goals are achieved while maintaining strong relationships with customers and retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, motivate and train sales staff, and resolve conflicts to maintain high performance.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and prepare regular sales reports and market analysis.
• Organise product demonstrations, promotional campaigns and coordinate with inventory, marketing and store management to ensure product availability and effective merchandising.
• Develop strategies with senior management to enhance market presence and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales supervision or team leadership, preferably in cosmetics, beauty or retail.
• Strong communication, customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to analyse sales data, interpret market trends and make data‑driven decisions.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and word‑processing software.
• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
