职位概况

KYN Logistic Co., Ltd. 在金边招聘仓库经理，负责仓储运营、库存管理与团队协调，确保物流流程高效、安全、准确执行。

主要职责

管理日常仓库运作，优化收货、入库、出库及盘点流程。
监督库存准确性，确保系统数据与实物一致。
协调仓库团队工作，分配任务并跟进执行进度。
与运输、港口及相关部门沟通，保障物流衔接顺畅。
监控仓储安全、货物保管及现场作业规范。
处理异常库存、损耗及差异问题并提出改进建议。
定期向上级汇报运营状况、库存状态及工作成果。

任职要求

大专或以上学历，物流、仓储、供应链或相关专业优先。
具备仓库管理或物流运营经验，经理级经验优先。
熟悉库存控制、仓储流程及基本物流操作。
具备良好的中文沟通能力，能与团队及客户顺畅协作。
具备较强的组织、协调、分析与问题解决能力。
工作认真负责，能适应仓库现场管理环境与压力。

必备技能

熟练使用电脑及仓储管理相关系统。
