Supply Planning Manager – Cambodia & Laos

About the role

The Supply Planning Manager owns end‑to‑end supply planning execution for assigned categories across Cambodia and Laos. You will translate demand forecasts into feasible supply plans, manage inventory risks and support the monthly S&OP/IBP process with clear data and actionable scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Develop short‑ and mid‑term supply plans aligned with approved demand forecasts, considering capacity, lead times and constraints.
• Ensure optimal stock availability to meet OTIF and Customer Fill Rate targets, and proactively resolve shortages, delays or allocation issues.
• Manage inventory health – Days on Hand, slow‑moving, aging and obsolete stock – and drive actions such as rebalancing, clearance or demand shaping.
• Provide supply inputs for the monthly S&OP/IBP cycle, analyse gaps, create scenarios and recommend mitigation actions.
• Maintain accurate planning data in SAP and Excel, ensure master data (lead times, MOQ, safety stock) is up‑to‑date, and produce regular service, inventory and risk reports.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years experience in supply planning or supply chain, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
• Demonstrates Unilever behaviours: consumer & customer love, bias for action, accountability, growth mindset.
