General Manager (Chinese Speaking) – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager who is fluent in Chinese, English and Khmer to lead our logistics and supply‑chain operations. The role combines strategic planning, operational oversight and commercial leadership to drive profitability and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies that improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Lead annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
• Oversee daily logistics functions including transportation, warehousing, fleet management and last‑mile delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and market expansion initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards and customs rules.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and resolve escalated issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 7–10 years of logistics or supply‑chain experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Fluent communication skills in Chinese, English and Khmer.
• Proven track record in business strategy, budgeting, P&L management and driving growth.
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
