Export Operations & Sales Specialist

About the role

You will act as the main point of contact for Chinese‑speaking suppliers, freight forwarders and customers, ensuring export processes run smoothly. The role involves coordinating shipping arrangements, documentation and compliance with international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with Chinese‑speaking suppliers, freight forwarders, or customers for shipping arrangements and documentation.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists and delivery notes.
• Ensure goods are packed, labeled and shipped according to customer and regulatory requirements.
• Work with warehouse and production teams to align shipment schedules.
• Track shipments and resolve any logistics or documentation issues.
• Maintain compliance with local and international shipping and customs regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.
• Proficient in speaking Chinese (Mandarin preferred) for communication with Chinese stakeholders.
• Good understanding of shipping documentation, processes and local regulations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and strong organizational skills.
