Logistic Executive

About the role

The Logistic Executive will coordinate import and export shipments, working closely with forwarders, customs authorities and internal departments to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery to our warehouse and stores in Phnom Penh.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels at 3PL hubs and align bookings with shipping schedules to optimise freight cost and minimise storage fees.
• Coordinate with forwarders and brands to ensure smooth customs clearance for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare and verify all customs documentation required for import and export.
• Work with the warehouse team to guarantee that incoming shipments arrive as scheduled and update receipt conditions.
• Process import, export, allocation and transaction data in the logistics system, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Generate and distribute daily shipment updates, monthly logistics cost reports and other required documents.
• Validate logistics pricing against approved quotes and provide cost information to Finance.
• Create purchase orders and payment requests for logistics expenses.

Required profile

• Experience in coordinating import and export logistics, including customs clearance.
• Familiarity with 3PL hub operations and freight cost optimisation.
• Ability to work with warehouse management systems and generate accurate reports.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documentation efficiently.
