Delivery Officer – Logistics Operations

About the role

The Delivery Officer supports the logistics team in ensuring that products are delivered to customers on schedule, following sales order plans and company SOPs. This role coordinates drivers, manages shipment generation, and monitors cash‑on‑delivery collections to maintain efficient distribution in Phnom Penh.

Key responsibilities

• Pre‑arrange sales order plans and assign drivers to specific customer locations.
• Generate shipments in the system and allocate goods to drivers for effective distribution.
• Ensure drivers collect all COD payments and obtain signed delivery invoices.
• Monitor drivers during deliveries to guarantee timely execution.
• Verify that drivers understand product storage requirements and maintain a courteous attitude toward customers.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to confirm correct quantities are loaded onto trucks.
• Implement ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 22000:2005) as required.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma, Associate Degree, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in delivery arrangement or logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with Phnom Penh road networks and geographical mapping.
• Ability to work overtime and handle pressure to meet delivery deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of document control procedures.
• Strong basic mathematical calculation abilities.
