Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will be based on‑site in Chamkar Mon and will drive growth for Orchid Hospital’s healthcare services. You will identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships and expand the patient base across corporate, community and referral networks.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for hospital services through research, outreach and networking.
• Engage with potential corporate partners, community organisations and referring providers.
• Present hospital offerings, negotiate agreements and promote services via meetings and presentations.
• Manage key accounts, maintain strong relationships and ensure partner satisfaction.
• Track performance metrics, report on business development results and meet defined targets.
• Collaborate with clinical, marketing and management teams to align initiatives with strategic goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality or other service‑oriented industries is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally, meet measurable targets and solve problems analytically.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for lead and account management.
• Competence in basic office applications such as Microsoft Office.
