About the role

Your mission is to actively source and close new franchise partners through daily field visits, door‑to‑door prospecting and direct sales activities, expanding the company’s retail franchise network across Cambodia.

Key responsibilities

Identify qualified leads matched to initial investment
Validate leads as partners
Lead site selection
Develop expansions aligned with Wingshop goals
Monitor daily sales numbers from SBP B2B and other sales channels
Train and support SBP staff
Maintain relationships with existing franchise partners
Collaborate with internal teams to align expansion plans

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in franchise development, FMCG/retail expansion or distribution
Proven track record of opening multiple successful franchise locations
Strong knowledge of franchise models and real estate site selection
Experience in retail business development and B2B sales
