Fleet Sales Manager

About the role

The Fleet Sales Manager will lead the commercial vehicle sales effort for Automotive Advance Group in Phnom Penh, focusing on acquiring and growing corporate and institutional fleet customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and engage commercial clients, prepare tailored proposals and negotiate contracts for fleet vehicles and related services.
• Manage the sales pipeline, produce accurate forecasts and reports, and coordinate with finance, operations and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, provide after‑sales support and drive repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to continuously improve sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales of commercial vehicles or fleet solutions, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle – prospecting, pipeline management, proposal creation, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Khmer language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, with high integrity and resilience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline and reporting management.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
