About the role

The Sales Supervisor will promote Asia WeiLuy’s mobile payment services to new and existing customers across several provinces, building strong relationships with merchants, agents and partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Present service features and benefits to prospects and existing clients.
  • Answer customer inquiries and support onboarding of new users.
  • Conduct regular field visits to merchants and agents in the assigned area.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and keep customer records up‑to‑date.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams and provide feedback on market trends.

Required profile

  • Demonstrated sales, customer service and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong communication, confident speaking and active listening.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively and meet sales targets.
  • High level of integrity, reliability and customer focus.
  • Secondary education or higher; additional training in business or marketing is a plus.

Required skills

  • Comfort with smartphones and common digital tools (messaging apps, email, basic office software).
