About the role
The Associate Director, Corporate Solutions will acquire corporate customers across large companies, SMEs, and multinational corporations, driving strategic sales initiatives and supporting corporate solutions channels.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and improve renewal retention for Agency and Banca channels.
- Lead implementation and management of the CS Club, including agent development, sales coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Strengthen business relationships with internal stakeholders and distribution partners.
- Provide dedicated sales support to enhance turnaround time, service quality, and conversion rates.
- Build a sustainable growth platform for Corporate Solutions across channels.
Required profile
- Proven experience in corporate sales and stakeholder management.
- Ability to develop and lead high‑performing sales teams with a strong sales culture.
