TEWC & Digital Project Manager

About the role

The TEWC & Digital Project Manager will lead the expansion and digital transformation of TotalEnergies' workshop network across Cambodia. You will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and delivering digital initiatives that improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute national expansion plans for the TEWC network, including partner recruitment, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Design and implement digital tool adoption roadmaps, overseeing renovation and transformation projects.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities and report to senior management.
• Create operating manuals, SOPs, safety standards, and branding guidelines; conduct audits and performance reviews.
• Build strong relationships with workshop owners, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Design and deliver training programs for owners, managers, and technicians, covering technical skills and customer service.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and local business development.
• Plan and manage annual budgets for network development, renovation, and digital projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Automotive Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience and 3 years of marketing/operations experience in automotive or workshop chains.
• Strong knowledge of the Cambodian market, commercial business awareness, and service‑chain management.
• Proficient in Khmer and English.
