Event Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Event Sales Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Doun Penh, responsible for planning, organizing and executing promotional events that drive sales of AquaLife water purification solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all event logistics, including venue, vendors, timelines and equipment.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials and manage event schedules.
• Engage prospective customers at events, present product features and benefits, and collect qualified leads.
• Follow up with leads to convert event interest into sales.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Maintain accurate event and sales reports and support customer inquiries before, during and after events.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven experience in event planning and management.
• Demonstrated sales ability, including presenting products and closing deals.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends or holidays as needed.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Doun Penh.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with office software (spreadsheets, presentations).
• Familiarity with reporting or CRM tools is an advantage.
