Manager, Corporate Sales & Affiliate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Manager to lead corporate sales and affiliate initiatives within our Agency. Reporting to the Chief Agency Officer, you will drive business development, manage key partnerships and oversee the full sales cycle for group clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with long‑term growth objectives, including activation of internal and external leads.
• Identify, engage and build relationships with corporate partners, affiliates, SMEs, NGOs, banks, MFIs and other institutions.
• Conduct meetings, assess client needs and present tailored solutions, driving the closure of group business opportunities such as GTL and GCL.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, establish governance frameworks, policies and compliance standards.
• Support channel partners by producing proposals, coordinating with Agency and Banca, and ensuring smooth onboarding and servicing of group clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to proposal, follow‑up and conversion—using tools like the Kizuna platform.
• Understand employer needs, develop customized employee‑benefit solutions, and coordinate underwriting and claims support with internal teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, corporate business development or insurance.
• Background in corporate sales, B2B, banking or insurance is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Result‑driven with the capacity to manage a sales pipeline independently.
• Effective coordination with cross‑functional teams.
