Telesales & Online Sales Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Telesales & Online Sales Officer to join our esthetic clinic. You will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients, handling phone calls and online inquiries, promoting our treatments and packages, and converting leads into booked appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via telephone and follow up on sales leads.
• Respond promptly to inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, and other online channels.
• Explain clinic treatments, services, packages, promotions, pricing, and procedures.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services while adhering to clinic guidelines.
• Convert inquiries and leads into appointments and sales.
• Follow up with customers who have not confirmed appointments and with existing clients for rebooking, promotions, and service reminders.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, appointments, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Medical/Nursing Team, and Beauty Therapists to ensure smooth appointments.
• Handle basic complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Achieve monthly targets for calls, leads, appointments, conversion, and sales.
• Follow up after treatment to support satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare regular sales and lead follow‑up reports for management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in telesales, online sales, customer service, beauty, esthetic or healthcare is an advantage.
• Professional communication in Khmer; English is a plus.
• Strong sales, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok.
• Experience using CRM or customer‑management systems.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
