Head of Sales – Market Expansion in Cambodia

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Head of Sales to lead business growth and market expansion in Cambodia. The role will shape local business strategy, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to grow market share, identify new revenue streams, and set commercial targets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local partners, financial institutions, payment providers, and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build, lead and coach a high‑performing local sales team, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create localized campaigns, enhance brand awareness and represent the business at industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in country management, business development or sales leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the Cambodian market, commercial opportunities and local business landscape.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, securing strategic partnerships and expanding operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and Khmer (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
