Sales Supervisor – Kampong Cham Territory

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead the sales operations for Goodhill in the Kampong Cham territory. This full‑time position involves coaching a sales team, planning daily activities and ensuring that sales targets and distribution goals are met for assigned brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a field sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Plan and execute daily sales routes, territory coverage and promotional activities.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor actions and sales performance, reporting insights to management.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts, resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare regular sales reports and conduct field visits to ensure compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to review sales data and identify growth opportunities.
• Proven team‑management and training experience in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for long‑term relationship building.
• Experience in FMCG or related industries with prior supervisory responsibility.
