Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist will design, implement and manage project supply solutions for an international ICT company in Cambodia. The role focuses on ensuring timely delivery, resource assurance and high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and fulfil project supply solutions to support on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage supply resources, guarantee availability and ensure complete project delivery.
• Execute S&OE, integrate goods arrival plans with supply plans, and improve inventory efficiency.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers to understand needs and enhance satisfaction.
• Implement forward/reverse SO closure to achieve project revenue targets.
• Manage project supply POD to support revenue triggers and billing.
• Collaborate with Logistic Service Providers to optimise supply processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Fresh graduate or 1‑2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
