Customer Success Partner

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Customer Success Partner to work closely with sales teams and strategic customers, ensuring alignment on goals and delivering exceptional logistics experiences. This role combines relationship building, issue resolution, and commercial process management within a global logistics leader.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to support strategic customers and align on goals and marketing strategies.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships to drive growth and positive logistics experiences.
• Understand customer needs, map them to Maersk products, and ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Manage allocation processes, support ocean tender handling, and coordinate RFI/RFP and contracting for complex deals.
• Ensure timely contract renewals and adherence to pricing guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years logistics or supply‑chain experience in a similar role.
• Intermediate English and native‑level Vietnamese communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with ability to address needs and resolve issues.
• Strong presentation abilities and proficiency in Excel.
• Comfortable influencing stakeholders across departments in a deadline‑driven environment.
