Senior Travel Sales Consultant

About the role

Hanuman Travel is seeking a Senior Travel Sales Consultant to manage and grow agency partnerships across the Mekong region. You will act as the main point of contact for agency partners, ensuring high‑quality program proposals, accurate bookings, and strong revenue performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create tailored travel programs and quotations for agency partners and direct customers, meeting agreed timelines.
• Advise the product team on optimal alternatives and emerging travel products.
• Oversee booking accuracy in collaboration with Sales and Reservations teams.
• Report agency performance and revenue metrics to senior management.
• Guide and train junior sales colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Maintain up‑to‑date supplier contracts and negotiate terms as needed.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in travel sales or a related tourism role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management or a comparable field.
• Fluent written and spoken English or French.
• Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and a proactive attitude.
• Budget‑planning experience and leadership potential are a plus.
