About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Officer leads recruitment activities across departments and branches, ensuring a transparent process and a positive candidate experience that strengthens Canadia Bank's employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes to fill vacancies efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to forecast staffing needs.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on talent trends and advise on innovative, cost‑effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, track, and hire quality candidates, maintaining clear communication with hiring managers throughout the hiring cycle.
• Utilise the applicant tracking system to manage requisitions and candidate pipelines.
• Support employer branding initiatives and collaborate on young talent programs with Learning & Development.
• Participate in strategic HR projects aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience with proven success partnering with hiring managers.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and assessment abilities.
• Excellent English communication; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• High confidentiality, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
