Group Chief Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will lead the HR function for Orchid Hospital’s group operations, based on‑site in Chamkar Mon. Reporting to senior leadership, the CHRO will shape HR strategy to support the hospital’s mission of delivering high‑quality care for women, children and families.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HR policies aligned with local labor regulations and organizational goals.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning and performance management for clinical and non‑clinical teams.
• Manage employee relations, compensation, benefits, HR data reporting and engagement initiatives.
• Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders and ensure compliance with ISO‑based standards.

Required profile

• Extensive senior HR leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or large service organizations.
• Proven expertise in strategic HR planning, employee relations, talent management and performance management.
• Advanced knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance and international HR best practices.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field preferred.
