About the role
The Recruitment Supervisor will lead the process of attracting and retaining top international teaching talent for CIA FIRST International School in Cambodia, ensuring alignment with the school’s educational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes for international teachers.
- Coordinate with department heads to define hiring needs and timelines.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with safer recruitment standards for schools.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, integrity and confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of international recruitment best practices and safer recruitment procedures.
