Senior Human Resources Officer

About the role

POMA, a leading out‑of‑home advertising company in Cambodia, is looking for a Senior Human Resources Officer to own and develop its HR systems and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job posting, screening, practical tests and onboarding.
• Oversee monthly staff KPIs and conduct quarterly performance reviews across all departments.
• Prepare monthly HR reports with analysis and recommendations for management.
• Handle staff contracts, policies, disciplinary actions and day‑to‑day staff support.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on HR experience, including recruitment and performance reviews.
• Ability to run HR processes independently and propose solutions.
• Discreet, fair and trusted by both staff and management.
• Comfortable using Excel, online HR systems and AI tools.
• Capable of writing clear reports in both Khmer and English.
