Senior Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Senior Human Resources Officer will lead HR functions for Mekong Land Development, overseeing recruitment, employee administration, compliance, and performance management across its residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, in coordination with department heads.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, probation periods, attendance, leave, and internal movements.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Cambodian labor laws, handling contracts, working hours, overtime, wages, and statutory contributions.
• Coordinate with authorities on labor inspections, reporting, and audits, and address labor disputes and grievances.
• Lead performance appraisal cycles, monitor KPIs, and recommend development actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and Cambodian labor legislation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Experience in real estate, construction or related sectors is advantageous.
