Senior Sales Supervisor (Kampong Chhnang)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Supervisor to lead and develop our sales team in Kampong Chhnang. The role focuses on driving FMCG sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting performance targets. You will report to senior management and coordinate daily operations across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff; conduct regular 1‑on‑1s, ride‑alongs, and call reviews.
• Set realistic sales quotas, monitor daily/weekly progress, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage shift schedules, floor coverage, territory allocations, and lead distribution.
• Oversee inventory management and maintain CRM pipeline accuracy.
• Resolve complex customer complaints and escalated disputes to retain clients.
• Track team metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and pipeline velocity; prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, ethical selling practices, pricing structures, and legal compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
• 2–5 years of progressive sales experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG distribution channels (General Trade) and retail operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a diverse, results‑oriented sales team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM or sales tracking/reporting systems.
• Good command of the MS Office suite.
