Senior Sales Officer

About the role

The Senior Sales Officer will act as the main point of contact for customers visiting our showrooms, presenting our real‑estate projects and guiding prospects through the sales journey. You will work closely with the sales team, developers and investors to drive revenue and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and accompany customers during showroom visits, provide clear project information and promote the development effectively.
• Coordinate appointments, follow up regularly and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Distribute marketing materials, attend promotional events and collaborate with partners such as banks.
• Proactively identify and pursue potential customers to meet sales targets.
• Guide and coach junior Sales Officers on sales strategies and service standards.
• Assume supervisory duties in the absence of the Sales Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Sales Supervisor or Deputy Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven sales experience; real‑estate background is a plus.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with reliable time‑management and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
