Senior Account Manager – Sales (Urgent, up to $3,000)

About the role

The Senior Account Manager (Sales/Marketing) will lead key client relationships for a fast‑growing HR consultancy in Phnom Penh. You will identify new business opportunities, drive sales initiatives and ensure high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture key client accounts, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
• Meet with clients to understand staffing and HR needs and develop tailored proposals.
• Negotiate terms, prepare contracts and coordinate delivery with internal teams.
• Track account performance, generate sales reports and present insights to management.
• Contribute to strategic planning and revenue‑target achievement.

Required profile

• Proven account management and customer‑service track record.
• Experience in lead generation and sales within recruitment or HR services.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Previous senior sales or marketing role, preferably in consulting or service‑based businesses.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh, handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced use of MS Office suite.
• Basic sales reporting and analytics capabilities.
