Sales Showroom Representative

About the role

The Sales Showroom Representative welcomes walk‑in customers, provides product consultations, and ensures a smooth purchasing experience. You will act as the primary point of contact in the showroom, guiding customers from product exploration to order delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, offer refreshments, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Demonstrate product features and provide usage guidance.
• Facilitate hands‑on product trials and recommend related items.
• Process sales orders, verify pricing, and coordinate delivery with factory and logistics teams.
• Maintain clean, organized product displays and distribute promotional materials.
• Follow up with customers post‑delivery to address issues and identify future needs.
• Prepare required documentation for accounting, tax, and VAT processing.
• Track monthly sales targets and submit walk‑in sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service; showroom experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a professional attitude.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office.
