Lead Qualifier – Multi‑Channel Sales

About the role

The Lead Qualifier supports the sales organization by turning raw leads into qualified prospects for multiple sales channels. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure a steady flow of high‑quality opportunities and help drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify suspects from various lead sources to acquire quality prospects and new customers for different sales channels.
• Identify and rank potential multi‑channel customers for business development.
• Handle sales enquiries from multi‑channel customers, call prospective clients and answer questions after mailing marketing and sales literature.
• Maintain customer data in related systems and update all interactions in the sales system (COMET).
• Prepare performance reports for management and adhere to Global Sales Process standards.
• Coordinate with sales channels to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Khmer and English.
• Strong commitment, willingness to learn and take on challenges.

Required skills

• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Internet and email usage.
