About the role
The Sales Project Administrator supports the sales team by handling documentation, database upkeep, and coordination tasks. This role ensures smooth sales operations and accurate record‑keeping, allowing sales executives to focus on closing deals.
Key responsibilities
- Draft sales agreements, lease contracts, and official client letters.
- Maintain and update client databases, sales pipelines, and inventory records.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments between sales executives, management, and clients.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and commission calculations.
- Handle initial customer inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative, secretarial, or sales support roles.
- Good communication skills in Khmer and basic to intermediate English.
- Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
