About the role
Tech Seng is looking for a proactive Sales Officer to join its team in Cambodia. You will be responsible for promoting our steel, ceramic and cement products to both new and existing customers across assigned territories, supporting the company’s growth in the construction sector.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Identify and approach new customers while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
- Verify customers’ credit terms and limits before processing orders.
- Prepare annual sales plans, regular sales reports, quotations, purchase orders and other related documentation.
- Distribute and deliver products within the designated territories.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in sales, marketing or a comparable role.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
