Sales Manager – Horeca Channel

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the Horeca sales team, driving growth in the food sector. You will be responsible for expanding sales volume, maintaining existing client relationships, and acquiring new customers while collaborating closely with the marketing department on product launches and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Horeca sales team to achieve targets.
• Increase sales volume across the Horeca channel.
• Maintain relationships with current customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for product launches and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in food sales.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Age between 30 and 45 years.
• Experience selling to the Horeca channel is preferred.
• Successful completion of Excel & computer testing, English testing, and an oral interview with a committee.
