Sales Consultant

About the role

Toyota Cambodia is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join its dynamic showroom team. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them identify their vehicle needs and delivering a high‑quality buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate vehicle solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects via phone, email, and in‑person visits.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Update customer information in the company database accurately.
• Keep the showroom display clean and propose creative decoration ideas.
• Prepare daily sales reports for the supervisor.
• Monitor competitor activities and suggest initiatives to increase sales.
• Participate in events, roadshows, and digital content creation to generate leads.
• Support colleagues when needed and attend all required training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of sales experience or recent graduate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Team‑player, initiative‑driven, friendly and service‑oriented.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Valid driving licence is a plus.
