Sales Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Business Development Manager to drive growth of our IT solutions and digital transformation services across Southeast Asia. Based in Phnom Penh, you will lead efforts to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand our regional footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT solutions and digital transformation.
• Prospect, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline from qualification to closure.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and contribute to go‑to‑market strategies.
• Maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Achieve revenue and growth targets while providing accurate sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
• Experience in client relationship and account management within the technology or IT services sector.
• Familiarity with IT solutions, digital transformation services, and technology‑driven business models.
• Ability to conduct market research and contribute to strategic sales planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Khmer.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
