Customer Relations Manager

About the role

The Customer Relations Manager will lead all customer interactions for Automotive Group in Phnom Penh, ensuring a consistently positive experience across every touchpoint. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with sales, service and operations teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee customer inquiries, feedback and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate with sales and service departments to align customer solutions.
• Track and analyse customer feedback, identify trends and implement improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain service standards, monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Train and coach staff on best practices and represent the customer perspective in internal decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and relationship‑management experience, including handling inquiries and escalations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening ability.
• Solid organisational and administrative abilities, attention to detail and effective time management.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as sales, service and operations.
• Fluency in the local language and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
