Senior Business Development & Sales / Executive Sales & Partnerships

About the role

Intercare Health, a leading healthcare provider in Phnom Penh, is seeking experienced professionals to drive business growth and partnership development. The Senior Business Development & Sales role focuses on promoting packages, managing events, and converting sales on the spot, while the Executive Sales & Partnerships role concentrates on securing MOUs, expanding market presence, and fostering strategic collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote sales packages and join marketing campaigns to attract patients and customers.
• Invite and accompany customers to hospital events and showroom visits.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure MOUs and corporate agreements with local companies, government bodies, clinics, and wellness centers.
• Develop clinic tie‑ups and referral networks to drive patient flow.
• Conduct market mapping, lead generation, and competitor analysis.
• Prepare quotations, coordinate health‑talk events, and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain and update client databases, track sales performance, and produce daily reports.
• Handle client queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in business development and sales (senior role) or 1–2 years for the executive role, preferably in healthcare, hospitality or events.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage strategic partnerships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
