Marketing Manager – Build Brand for Leading Cambodian Conglomerate

About the role

Chip Mong Industries is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of its diverse portfolio of property development, building materials, concrete, aggregate, pipe and tile products. The role is full‑time and based on‑site in Cambodia, reporting to senior leadership and working closely with sales and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen brand awareness across all business units.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insight studies to inform product positioning.
• Manage branding, promotional activities and content creation for both digital and traditional channels.
• Coordinate with sales, product development and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging.
• Prepare and monitor marketing budgets, track campaign performance and provide regular reporting.
• Analyse market trends, optimise strategies and support business growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within construction, manufacturing, real estate or related sectors.
• Strong background in marketing strategy development, campaign planning and brand management.
• Ability to conduct and interpret market research, competitor analysis and customer insights.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media and content development for online and offline channels.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions and measure effectiveness.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional teams and management of external partners or agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Khmer or regional languages is advantageous.
