Senior/Specialist, Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across multiple platforms, driving key metrics such as CPI, CTR and CPM.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage ads on Meta, TikTok, Google (App Install, GDN), Apple Search Ads and other platforms.
• Execute end‑to‑end campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, bidding strategies and performance tracking.
• Optimise budgets to meet KPIs and provide data‑driven insights and reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to align media strategies with marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, trends and emerging advertising opportunities.
• Mentor junior media buyers and support their professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in digital media buying, preferably in tech, transportation or ride‑hailing.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
