About the role

The Senior Content Manager will lead the development and execution of audience strategies for the Hello Health platform, creating credible and engaging health content that impacts millions of users.

Key responsibilities

Define and drive audience strategy and content execution for specific markets.
Lead, coach, and grow a high‑performing content team.
Oversee content creation across website, social media, and video formats.
Utilise data analytics, SEO tools and insights to optimise content performance.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of editorial and content management experience with a proven record of audience growth and commercial success.
Strong analytical mindset, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
Excellent presentation and writing skills in English and Khmer.

Required skills

SEO management and analysis (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush).
Experience with CMS platforms and data analytics/insights tools.
Content proposal development for clients.
